My childlike recipe takes little to no homework, and it ’ mho one of my favorite ways to prepare this fish. Rainbow vs. Steelhead Trout

Herb Crust Seasoning

4. If you are grilling a wholly fish or a side fillet, consider investing in a grill basket. This allows you to turn your food well and keep it from falling into the grill without sacrificing that straight-from-the-flame char .

- Rinse fish and glib dry ; then drizzle olive anoint on both sides to coat .
