Ingredients

1-2 pound uncooked pork breakfast sausage
▢
one cup maple syrup
▢
1/3 cup embrown sugar
▢
two tablespoon salt butter
▢
pinch cinnamon, nutmeg optional
Instructions
Place the pork sausages in the bottom of a baking pan or dish that thye just fit into. Too large of a baking dish and the sauce won’t cover the sausages well.
Mix together the sauce ingredients, heating in the microwave to melt the butter and combine the brown sugar in properly.
Pour the sauce over the sausages in the pan.
Cook – uncovered – in the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning one or two times throughout the cooking process to ensure the sausages are well coated.
