Prepare the bitter melon.
Cut off both ends of the bitter melon ( about ½ edge on each end ). then slice it in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to core out the kernel and seeds. Slice the bitter melon into thin ¼ inch slices. Set aside .
Brown the garlic.
Brown garlic in a large pan over medium-high hotness .
Brown the ground pork.
Once the garlic is gold and fragrant, add the pork barrel and cook for about 2 minutes, until the pork is browned.Push the pork barrel and garlic mixture to one side of the pan .
Cook the bitter melon.

- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
